Hüseyin Sevgi
I was born in Sivas in 1969. I completed my secondary education in Ankara and later graduated in surveying engineering in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Throughout my professional career, I have developed extensive experience across engineering, construction, field management and real estate.
From 1993 onward, I worked primarily on major international construction and contracting projects, serving in roles ranging from surveyor and chief surveyor to company manager. My professional experience includes stadiums, hotels, residential developments, factories, infrastructure and public buildings.
After 23 years of international engineering experience, I transitioned into the real estate sector. Following professional roles with RE/MAX and Keller Williams, I now continue my career as Broker Manager at RE/MAX Nata in Ankara.

My Career Journey
Beginning My Engineering Career
I began my professional field career as an Assistant Surveyor with TEPE Construction during the first phase of Bilkent University construction in Ankara.
International Construction Projects
I began working on major projects in Turkmenistan, including embassies, hotels, stadiums, residential developments, industrial facilities and infrastructure.
Company Management
As Company Manager at ALTYN ARÇA HK Construction in Turkmenistan, I provided surveying, topographic, project planning and implementation services to numerous major construction companies.
Transition to Real Estate
I began my real estate consultancy career with RE/MAX Premium and later worked with RE/MAX Deniz, Keller Williams KW Focus and RE/MAX Premium again.
RE/MAX Nata Broker Manager
Today I continue my professional career as Broker Manager at RE/MAX Nata in Ankara, combining my engineering background and real estate experience.
